The Kirin Tor and Highmountain have gathered to defend the sacred Temple of Aedelas, from the onslaught of Alkosh’s forces. The two Highm원나잇ountain tribes are attacked by Alkosh’s forces when they arrive in Arrea대전 출장 안마t, and are all killed within seconds of landing.[10] However, Kalecgos manages to escape to the Dragonblight and aid Highmountain at their meeting in the Dark Portal.[11]
Kalecgos and the Dragonblight’s forces defeat both Jaina and the Kirin Tor on a remote island, freeing Highmountain from the power of the Dark Portal’s curse. Kalecgos returns to Kalimdor with Kalphite in tow and invites Kalecgos to join him in seeking a second homeland. Kalecgos agrees, even though this makes him vulnerable to the demonic possession, as the Dragonblight may use him to lure them back into this world.[12]
Kalecgos travels to Northrend to confront Kal-Sharok, his enemy for over two centuries.[13][14][15] Kalecgos is eventually slain by Kor’kron minions, who summon the dragonlord to confront the surviving Highmountain warriors once and for all. Though Kalecgos is the first to be killed, the Dragonblight’s forces defeat the Horde and seal the fate of their homeland.[16][17]
A small fleet, led by Kalecgos, sails through the portal into Lordaeron and lands in Krasarang Wilds alongside the surviving Highmountain warriors. The adventurers learn of the fate of Arreat, and of the threat that Jaina and the rest of their people face in the dragon-infested continent.[18]
Kalecgos and several surviving Highmountain survivors remain in the Wildlands, their forces having been broken off by the Horde. They are led by Alistair Varian, who reveals to them that the remaining Highmountain warriors are not entirely dead, though they had turned against their own race. Arac, one of Kalecgos’s surviving allies, reveals that the Horde may not want them to live, as they are now part of the Legion of Twilight
